Experiencing life in all its facets as pure joy comes from the art of creating a paradoxical balance between fun and meaning. Fun isn’t just about fleeting pleasure or aesthetic decoration. Meaning is not found in serving others at the expense of or own happiness. True happiness comes from learning to live in the paradox, the interdependent coexistence of apparent opposites: Fun and Meaning, Play and Purpose, Creativity and Reflection. These paradoxes aren't problems to be solved but experiences to be lived. In them lies the Art of being fully human.
